Fungisai is a partner in the EY National Professional Practice Group where she provides technical accounting assistance to audit teams and clients with a focus on climate-related matters, leasing and various financial statement presentation topics.

Previously, Fungisai completed a fellowship at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) where she focused on the intersection of ESG matters with financial accounting standards, segment reporting and leasing. At the FASB, she also served as the coordinator of the Emerging Issues Task Force. Prior to that, Fungisai worked in the EY Assurance practice in Dallas, Texas, serving public multinational companies in the semiconductor and software-as-a-service industries.

Fungisai earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Jackson State University and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and New York and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Lauren is a partner in the EY National Professional Practice Group where she focuses primarily on SEC reporting matters and revenue recognition.

Previously, Lauren served as a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant at the SEC. Prior to that, Lauren was an Associate Practice Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board.

Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the District of Columbia and Virginia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Sarah is a partner in the EY National Professional Practice Group where she is responsible for advising engagement teams and clients on technical accounting matters related to leases, accounting changes, and various other topics.

Previously, Sarah was an audit partner in the EY Assurance practice in Atlanta where she served public multinational corporations and other companies in the consumer products, beverage and retail industries.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration and a Master of Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Kansas. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Nicole is a managing director in the EY National Professional Practice Group where she leads industry initiatives, focusing on emerging accounting, auditing and regulatory matters. Nicole also provides technical accounting assistance to engagement teams and clients on the accounting for compensation and impairment of long-lived assets.

Previously, Nicole was in the EY Assurance practice in New York and New Jersey, serving clients in the technology and telecommunications industries.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The American University and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
