In a world characterized by exponential increases in tech capacity and continuous disruption, companies need to equip employees with relevant skills for the future, teach employees to embrace change and disruption, and recognize that technology augments, rather than replaces, human capabilities.
It’s imperative to “build a constantly learning organization and teach people the joy of learning,” says Šimon Šicko, CEO of PIXEL FEDERATION. He notes that the three key skills of the future will be critical thinking, problem solving and creativity.
