Jessica leads the global media and social media relations for EY service lines and Corporate Programs (Talent, Alliances and Acquisitions). She also leads the public relations team supporting global corporate initiatives, including Global Talent and Global Alliances and Acquisitions, as well as Global Innovation, Client Technology and Data.
She is responsible for devising, supporting and executing the global external communications and social media strategy for the service lines, supporting them to provide differentiated messages in a highly regulated and competitive market. Her emphasis is on showcasing a strong point of view on the issues of the day, utilizing forward-thinking thought leadership and deploying content across the channel mix.
With a background in financial journalism, Jessica is experienced in agency and in-house communications, focusing on financial and professional services. She supports business strategy with strategic insight, analysis and day-to-day management of the communications program to gain increased profile and visibility for the organization and cementing its reputation for providing quality services globally. She has a bachelor’s degree in English from Exeter University.
How Jessica is building a better working world
Jessica has spent many years volunteering for Mencap, a UK charity for people with a learning disability. Specifically, she supported young adults, helping them build confidence and skills and gain independence, while providing their carers with respite care.
