Veteran restructuring industry professional assisting companies across sectors as an advisor and in interim management roles. Father of four who loves to spend time with his family, travel and golf.

Nathan is part of the EY Global Restructuring team. He leads the US West restructuring team and is the Co-Leader of the Reshaping Results Consumer Products team at Ernst & Young LLP.

He has over 25 years of restructuring experience and assists companies in transition as an advisor and in interim management roles. During his career, he has assisted distressed companies as CRO, CEO, CFO, CAO, and Treasurer.

Nathan’s knowledge includes leading operational improvement and cost reduction initiatives, leading corporate finance and accounting functions, transaction advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, cash and working capital management, balance sheet restructurings, business and turnaround plan development, and crisis management and bankruptcy.

He holds an MBA from The UCLA Anderson School of Management, a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.
