How Silvia is building a better working world

“In recent years, the idea of a ‘great reset’ in our economic systems has entered the mainstream consciousness, evolving our thinking about value creation and the future of work. With the advent of the knowledge economy, people have become the most critical assets and long-term value drivers in an organization.

I want to make a difference in the world by making it more human-centric and inclusive. I am passionate about supporting organizations in unlocking their people's potential and empowering individuals to bring out the best in themselves and others. We are living in an era of constant change. I believe we can only be best prepared for the unknown tomorrow if we act today by embracing digitalization, anchoring agility and innovation, developing future skills, and creating corporate cultures that drive strategic outcomes.”
