Ludovic is a Partner with Ernst & Young Advisory in France and has 14 years of strategy consulting experience. He leads EY-Parthenon’s Direct-to-Consumer and Pricing solution services.
He has significant experience in growth strategy and new business models’ development projects that include strategic plans, route-to-market strategies, international expansion plans and activation of online direct-to-consumer opportunity.
Ludovic has also advised clients on transformation and performance improvement projects – including category management or value-based pricing programs to quickly and sustainably improve sales and mass margins or post-merger integration programs.
In addition to working with consumer products and retail clients, Ludovic has worked with hospitality, diversified industrial products and business-to-business distribution / services clients.
He holds a post-graduate degree in Strategy and Management of International Business from ESSEC Business School as well as a double diploma in General Engineering from École Centrale and Technical University of Munich.
