Tom Adams is a Swedish technology executive now based in the US. Before launching the Workaround companies, Tom was on the Management Committee of Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund, and he was the former Chairman and CEO of Rosetta Stone, which he built over a decade and took public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2009.
Workaround helps originate and nurture product innovation companies and turn product leaders into entrepreneurs. Workaround companies, which include Pedago, Bizy and Hippo, build experiences that educate and networks that problem solve. Workaround believes that collaborative human thinking drives our evolution more than any data analysis or algorithm. With that in mind, Workaround creates software across a wide range of domains that empowers people to think more successfully. Before recently founding Evaluglobe, Doris led CLS Communication as Group CEO for 16 years and then as its Vice Chairman, from the company’s inception as a spin-off through a management buyout, its internationalization, onboarding a PE firm, acquisitions and finally its sale in 2015.
Under Doris’ leadership, CLS evolved from the translation department of a major Swiss bank into a full-service provider of language services with 600 employees and 5,000 external partners, with 20 locations in Europe, North America and Asia. Prior to CLS, she held executive positions in the translation departments of two major banks and worked as a language technology consultant.
Doris is a certified translator and holds an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen. She is a member of the Board of Switzerland Global Enterprise, SOS Children’s Villages Foundation and MIDATA Cooperative (eHealth).
Johan H. Andresen
Johan is the Chairman of the Board of Ferd, which he and his family fully own. He represents the fifth generation of owners and entrepreneurs.
Ferd is one of the largest privately held industrial and financial groups in Norway. It has roots back to 1849 and today comprises six business areas: five are fully commercial, and one is dedicated to scaling social entrepreneurs. Ferd’s value-adjusted equity at 31 December 2014 was US$3.3b. Sales of directly controlled companies, or through funds initiated by Ferd, are US$3b, and the firm employs approximately 15,000 people.
Johan is also Chair of the Council on Ethics, Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global. His directorships include Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken and the Norwegian Microfinance Initiative. He has an MBA from Erasmus University’s Rotterdam School of Management and a BA from Dartmouth College.

Michael is Managing Partner, Strategic Growth for EY’s Oceania and Western Region. As the Asia-Pacific Strategic Growth Leader, Michael works with EY member firm partners across the region to drive market share and revenue. Michael is a mergers and acquisitions specialist. He has worked across a number of sectors over the years, including resources, private equity, government, retail and consumer products, and the broader middle market. Madelyn is Vice President and Treasurer of the World Bank. She is responsible for overseeing the management of approximately US$140b in assets for the World Bank and other official-sector investors, the World Bank’s financing program, Asset and Liability Management, and several business lines serving member countries: Asset Management Advisory; Debt Management Advisory; Banking; and Financial and Catastrophic Risk Management Solutions, designing and executing hedging products for the World Bank Group’s client countries. She is also responsible for the group’s US$21b pension and maintaining the bank’s AAA rating.
Madelyn began her career as an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, followed by 12 years at Goldman Sachs, including more than 7 years trading structured products; 2 years at Barclays; and 10 years at Lehman Brothers.
She is a frequent speaker on topics of systemic risk, governance, markets and regulatory reform, and she has received numerous awards for business, finance and leadership. She is a member of the Board of Overseers of Weill Cornell Medical College and the Graduate School of Medical Science.
Madelyn holds a PhD in Economics from the Stern School at New York University and was a Sloan Foundation doctoral fellow.
Ashley is The Telegraph’s M&A Reporter, specializing in breaking major corporate transaction stories, including deals and IPOs, as well as reporting on key business stories.
She began her career in financial journalism in 2008 as a reporter at City A.M. before going on to work at Credit Today and Mergermarket’s Dealreporter. Ashley holds an MA in Newspaper Journalism from City University.

Under Austin’s leadership, SEPLAT Petroleum Development Company has become the leading independent oil and gas operator in Nigeria, with an average daily production of 70,000 barrels as of December 2014. SEPLAT became a publicly listed company in April 2014 when it pioneered a dual listing on the London and Nigeria Stock Exchanges. This historic event earned the company awards as Best African Listing and Mid Cap of the Year.
Since founding SEPLAT in 2009, Austin has led the company with strong and transparent governance. He also has put in place highly motivated employees and built strong relationships with key local communities.
Austin is a geologist by training who has worked with the Nigerian Government in various capacities. He is an accomplished industry writer and a fellow and past President of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists.

Andrew is also the Chair of the Infrastructure Crisis Facility Debt Pool and the Chair of GuarantCo Limited. The Infrastructure Crisis Facility Debt Pool is a German Government-funded initiative to help to fund gaps in infrastructure finance created by the global financial crisis. GuarantCo enhances local currency debt issuance by the infrastructure sector in lower-income countries, sponsored by the governments of Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland and UK.
Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Andrew was the CEO of BMI Bank in Bahrain. Before BMI, Andrew worked for Barclays in a variety of roles. He holds an LLB and is a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Services and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors Southern Africa.

Gerardo started DONMARIO in 1982 with US$15,000. His dream is to be the leading provider of soybean genetic services in the main soybean-producing countries around the world.
Today the company is the largest and most dynamic Latin American firm engaged in developing seeds for agricultural producers, even as it competes with American and European multinational companies. DONMARIO is the only Argentine company with a presence in an increasingly concentrated and competitive marketplace, and genetics is the main pillar for its growth and business. The company has a 35% market share in the provision of soybean genetic services in South America, producing 60% of the soybeans in the world.

Selim is Chairman and CEO of The Middleby Corporation, the world leader in commercial, residential and food processing equipment.
When Selim took the reins at Middleby, he focused on the commercial kitchen side of the business and stressed innovations that would lead to energy savings, speed of cooking, safety, labor reduction, product quality and consistency.
That focus has led to an exponential growth of the company, and today one out of every three restaurants worldwide uses Middleby cooking equipment in its commercial kitchen. Over the past 15 years, Middleby’s annual revenue has increased from US$100m to more than US$1b, and nearly 50 brands around the world operate under the Middleby banner.
A native of Lebanon, Selim attended the American University of Beirut where he received a BA in Business Administration with Distinction. He later earned an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Steve is one of Australia’s most successful tech entrepreneurs and an active investor and mentor to start-ups. He has helped to launch a host of companies that together boast a valuation of more than A$100m.
He left school at 15 and enlisted in the army’s apprenticeship program, where he became an engineer working in electronics, telecommunications and guided weapon systems. In 1994, at the age of 23, Steve put his life savings of A$11,000 on the line to launch the pioneering internet service provider SE Net. In 2001, he teamed with a schoolmate to launch his second start-up, PIPE Networks. Eight years later they sold it to the TPG Group for A$373m.
Steve recently launched River City Labs, a leading co-working community to encourage entrepreneurs. In 2013 he co-founded Right Pedal Studios, a mobile gaming accelerator, and StartupAUS, an advocacy group for Australian tech start-ups.
Shereen is the Managing Editor of CNBC-TV18 in India. She has more than 15 years of broadcast television experience that includes tracking corporate and policy news and events that have defined the country’s business landscape.
Shereen produces and anchors flagship daily news shows such as India Business Hour and What’s Hot. She is also the anchor and editor of Young Turks, one of India’s longest-running shows on entrepreneurs, and the author of Young Turks, a book recently published by Random House India.
She has received the Best Business Talk Show Award at the News Television Awards for two years in a row, and she won the Best Business Anchor Award in 2013. Shereen also won the FICCI Woman of the Year Award for her contribution to the media in 2005, and she was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Ray joined General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, as a managing director in 2006, and he transitioned to Advisory Director in 2010.
Ray’s 30-year career spans businesses in high tech, chemical engineering and real estate development, with accomplishments in mergers and acquisitions, global trade and venture capital.
In 2009, Ray was awarded the Outstanding Directors Award by the Financial Times and Outstanding Directors Exchange. He helped found and serves as a director of the Silicon Valley Education Foundation, and he is a board member of the National Parks Conservation Association.
Ray earned a BS with honors from Weber State University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Additionally, he was awarded an honorary Doctorate of Humanities from Weber State University.
Julia is a third-generation family member of the Birkenstock Group. Having grown up in Germany not far from the production plants operated by her parents’ company, she started to show curiosity toward the production field at a young age, often taking over simple shop floor tasks. At the age of 16, Julia started her own subsidiary under the Birkenstock Group in Spain, building on her interest in shoe design and manufacturing.
Julia is currently finishing her bachelor’s degree in Management at the Cass Business School in London. Seeking to advance both her understanding and practice in the production industry, she is working on a white paper addressing the operational opportunities that arise from the application of internet-enabled technologies in the manufacturing field. Julia also has been learning about the workings of wealth management and family offices, and she engages actively in initiatives such as the EY NextGen Academy.

Cherie is a leading lawyer and committed campaigner for women’s rights. She set up the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women in 2008 to help women build small and growing businesses in developing and emerging markets so that they can contribute to their economies and have a stronger voice in their societies.
In addition to fighting for human rights in her professional career, Cherie is an active campaigner of gender equality and human rights issues. She remains closely involved with charities that place a special emphasis on women and children.
Cherie was an Ambassador for London 2012, supporting the city’s bid to host the Olympics in the UK. She was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2013 New Year's Honors List for services to women's issues and to charity in the UK and overseas. She is married to former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.

Edgar is Managing Partner at Accretive, a firm that specializes in creating companies to solve important problems in large industries, and Executive Chairman of Global Thermostat, a pioneering company designed to develop and commercialize a technology for the direct capture of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and other sources.
He is the former Chairman and CEO of Warner Music, one of the world’s largest music companies. During his tenure, Warner Music was named one of Fortune magazine’s Most Admired Companies in 2007, and in 2009 it was recognized as one of the World’s 50 Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company magazine.
Edgar serves on the boards of InterActiveCorp and Accretive Health. He is Chairman of the Board of Endeavor Global, a nonprofit organization pioneering a new approach to international development. He also serves on the board of New York University Elaine A. and Kenneth G. Langone Medical Center.

Liam is the founder and CEO of PCH, which designs custom manufacturing solutions for Fortune 500 and start-up companies. Since founding PCH in 1996, he has grown the company to more than US$1b in revenues. David previously spent 16 years at other firms advising clients on capital markets transactions and corporate finance situations.
David is responsible for managing the equity and equity-related dialogue across EY’s extensive corporate client base, advising on structural, market, corporate finance and other critical issues that confront our clients. David leverages his investment banking career and lead-managed deal experience to provide EY’s clients with analysis, perspective and guidance as they consider both public and private market capital raising alternatives.
David earned a BA from Northwestern University with a double major in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics.

Morgan is the founding editor of Co.Exist, Fast Company’s website about world-changing ideas and innovation, which launched in late 2011. He has spent his career covering the rise in prominence of social entrepreneurship and responsible business, following the innovators and organizations that are making social good a vital component of the business world.
Prior to Fast Company, Morgan was one of the founding editors of GOOD, serving as the Deputy Editor there for five years. Jack is the founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Competitive Foods Australia, a business that has grown from a single food service outlet to one with A$1.2b in revenue that employs more than 16,000 staff throughout Australia.
Jack moved to Australia from Canada to establish his business. In addition to operating 350 restaurants in Australia, the company operates five manufacturing facilities producing frozen value-added meat products as well as processing fresh vegetables. It exports to 29 countries.
Jack is an accomplished entrepreneur. In addition to his role at Competitive Foods Australia, he is also the director of the Network Ten television business; Chandler McLeod, a listed recruitment company; and Fairfax Media. He is the Chairman and the largest shareholder of Domino’s Pizza, a listed public company.
Jack is the largest shareholder in BridgeClimb, a major tourist attraction in Sydney.

David is responsible for ensuring MasterCard’s success in hiring great talent and developing the skills and leadership capabilities that will ensure the company thrives in the long term. His teams are on the ground in the major MasterCard offices around the world, and their work encompasses many levers of talent management, including succession planning and talent reviews, performance management, employee surveys, career development, experienced and campus hiring, management development, executive and high-potential development, sales and product training, skills training and e-learning.
Prior to this role, David was a managing director and the head of the Leadership Institute at Credit Suisse. He had responsibility for bankwide human capital processes, including talent reviews and managing director elections, and for the development of current and future leaders of Credit Suisse.
David holds a degree in Psychology from the University or Warwick and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Kevin is Editor in Chief and Co-President of Quartz, the global business news site from Atlantic Media launched in 2012 at qz.com.
He was a reporter at The Wall Street Journal for a decade, with that time split between postings in Paris and San Francisco. While covering internet companies such as Google, Twitter and Facebook, he became convinced that newspapers could do much more to ensure that good journalism thrives in the digital age. He was named managing editor of WSJ.com, where he led efforts that helped greatly expand the Journal’s online readership, and he championed innovative journalism projects that went on to win prizes.
Early in his career, Kevin was a reporter for SmartMoney magazine and a TV producer in Montreal. He has a degree in History from Yale, and he is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Hearst digital media professional-in-residence at Columbia University.

Carmine is responsible for global business performance, daily operations and executing a global strategy in the market. In his role, he brings together geographies, service lines and markets functions to provide exceptional service to our clients. Carmine is the Senior Advisory Partner for many of our largest financial services clients.
Carmine is the former Americas Financial Services Organization Regional Managing Partner. In this role, he built a US-wide business that greatly strengthened EY’s presence in the emerging markets.
Carmine has a BA in Chemistry with a minor in Economics from Colgate University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is a practicing Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York.

Nina is a business anchor based in CNN’s London bureau. She is the host of CNN International’s daily European-focused business show, The Business View, and regularly presents various feature shows including Future Finance.Upon joining CNN, Nina obtained a series of global exclusives on the International Monetary Fund (IMF) following the arrest of Dominique Strauss-Kahn in New York. She was the first journalist to obtain a copy of the former managing director’s resignation letter, written in jail, and highlighted debate among female IMF staff about whether it was time for a woman at the helm. Nina has anchored a number of major news events for CNN, from the London Olympic Games to the Arab Spring uprisings and the devastating tsunami that hit Japan. She also was part of CNN’s team covering the British royal wedding and reported extensively from Brussels, Paris and Rome on the Eurozone debt crisis.
Marisa is a managing director in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse, based in London. She is Co-Head of the EMEA Investment Banking Department and Global Co-Head of the Global Markets Solutions Group, which encompasses all of the financing products and financing advisory businesses within the Investment Banking Department.
Marisa has been in the investment banking business for more than 28 years. She is also active in recruitment, diversity and philanthropy initiatives in the industry. She is a founder of the Competitors’ Diversity Forum and is a member of the C200, an organization composed of the top women in business globally.
In 2013, Marisa was recognized by the BBC as one of the Most Powerful Women in Britain. She has also been recognized by Financial News in its 100 Most Influential Women in Finance list in every year from its inception in 2007 through 2013.
Having gone from creating his own YouTube channel to recording interviews at 10 Downing Street, Jamal can now boast an expanding business portfolio and a solid reputation that sees him inspiring a new wave of digital entrepreneurialism.
Encapsulating the DIY ethos of the underground music scene that inspired the then-teen to pick up a camera in the first place, Jamal was — and still is — responsible for documenting the rise of a new breed of previously ignored video stars. Early nods of approval came from Richard Branson and Simon Cowell, but now SBTV, the first new media business on YouTube, can boast a subscriber base of more than 500,000 with nearly 300 million views.
Jamal is the first YouTuber to release an e-book and interactive game, Self Belief: The Vision, which became a No.1 bestseller, with demand leading to a unintended print version. He recently received an MBE for his services to music.

Diane is one of New Zealand’s most successful business women, and she currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Emerald Group.
As leader of the Emerald Group and the Emerald Foods business empire, Diane has investments in New Zealand health care, manufacturing in New Zealand and the US, high-level recruitment, and a boutique hotel on Auckland’s North Shore. Movenpick, Killinchy Gold, Heavenly Treats, Lite Licks, Chateau Premium and iconic brand New Zealand Natural are all part of the Emerald Foods family of brands.
Diane is a former deputy of the Business Roundtable and has also worked with a number of charities, including the Ferguson Foreman Foundation. As one of New Zealand’s leading entrepreneurs, Diane has many years of experience running and growing successful businesses in health, property, recruitment and consumer products. In 2014, she was named an EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Program Ambassador, and Forbes Asia magazine recognized her as one of Asia’s 50 most powerful women.

As Executive Vice President for Nestlé, Laurent has been responsible for Zone Americas (US, Canada, Latin America, Caribbean) since 2014.
Laurent joined Nestlé France in 1986 in sales and marketing, where he held positions of increasing responsibility over the years. In 1999, he became the Head of Nestlé France’s Nutrition Division. In 2003, he was appointed Market Head of Nestlé Hungary, and in 2007 he was appointed Market Head of Nestlé Iberian Region. In November 2008, Laurent joined the Nestlé Executive Board as Executive Vice President with responsibility for Zone Europe.
Laurent is Chairman of the Association des Industries de Marque (AIM) in Belgium and a member of the Cereal Partners Worldwide Supervisory Board in Switzerland. He has a degree in Marketing from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales du Nord (EDHEC).

Alexander is a well-known innovator, entrepreneur and investor. He is Managing Partner of Almaz Capital Partners, a venture fund he co-founded in 2008 that has offices in Moscow and Portola Valley, California.
Prior to his investment career, Alexander founded five successful high-tech companies, all of which he led as CEO. He also served as one of the top technical executives for the Soviet space industry, where he worked on the Mir space station and the Soviet response to “Star Wars,” the Strategic Defense Initiative. He has more than 30 patents, including parallel processing, Wi-Fi and virtual private network security technologies.
Alexander has been honored numerous times as the most influential person in the Russian IT and internet industry. He serves on the Skolkovo Foundation Board and as Chairman of the Advisor Committee for Russian Venture Company. He has his PhD in Computer Science.
Director of Design Alliances in Europe, Middle East and Africa
Catherine is Director of Design Alliances in Europe, Middle East and Africa for Steelcase, the global leader in the office furniture industry. She has conducted user-centered workplace research for more than 15 years and has created the Steelcase European Research practice.
A creative design thinker, Catherine is passionate about innovation and experience design and is constantly seeking to understand the interplay of space, technology and behaviors. She led the exploratory research called “Culture Code” aimed at investigating factors that influence the design of workplaces in different countries and cultures.She is a visiting professor at IE University in Madrid and regularly contributes to conferences and publications on the topic of workplace research, insights and trends.
She has lived and worked in France, North America and Germany. A native of France, she graduated from the Strasbourg School of Management and has also studied product design and development at the University of Stirling.
Nadir B. Godrej

Nadir is Managing Director at Godrej Industries. As a director of several Godrej companies since 1977, he has developed the animal feed, agricultural inputs and chemicals businesses of Godrej Industries and other associate companies, and he has been very active in research.
Nadir has been awarded Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur, and he received the Globoil Lifetime Achievement Award in 2012, OTAI Lifetime Achievement Award in 2012, CHEMTECH CEW Leadership and Excellence Award in 2013 and Chemexcil Life Time Achievement Award in 2013. He also received the Porter Prize in 2013 for Creating Shared Value, which was awarded to Godrej Industries. Nadir is the author of Life & other poems and Nadir Godrej, the Poet.
He holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Nasi Goreng Rempah Mafia
Stefanie grew up in Jakarta, the daughter of a family that had been hit hard by the financial crisis of 1998, when both her parents lost their jobs. “This prompted me to explore creativity in order to find money for my own living and education,” she recalls.
She graduated from college as an architect but was always passionate about food and the culinary arts. So in 2013 Stefanie founded Nasi Goreng Rempah Mafia (Mafia Spice Fried Rice), which sells a variety of fried rice dishes in 32 outlets across 17 cities in Indonesia. The name Mafia comes from a stylized abbreviation for the popular Indonesian food, and the dishes have distinct names such as Yakuza and The Godfather. Stefanie also now sells and distributes her distinct spices as condiments in shops.
Her entrepreneurial spirit has led to many awards, including the Top 10 International Young Creative Entrepreneur by the British Council in 2012 and the Most Inspiring Entrepreneur Woman at the 2013 KNG Awards.

Walltopia, which already exports to 50 countries, is on a mission to turn indoor climbing from an isolated, local sport into a global community. It’s innovative Harmonized System allows thousands of climbing wall design combinations for people to choose from and then share on a global network.
Ivaylo is also striving to make indoor climbing accessible to children. He is planning to launch Funtopia globally within the next three to five years. This innovative concept is geared toward bringing the love of climbing to young people.

Emil is the founder and majority shareholder of Atlantic Grupa. He previously was Director of Meteor Paper Milan, the Italian subsidiary of Meteor Holding London, which at the time was one of the largest paper trading companies in Europe.
Through his work with political bodies, Emil was actively engaged in moving Croatia closer to membership in the European Union (EU). He was a member of the Parliamentary Committee overseeing the Croatian negotiation process with the EU, and he is a member of the Croatian Social and Economic Council. Ivan founded Fusionex with the vision of solving the most complex problems faced by businesses through the development and innovation of more “humanized” and intuitive software and technology. At incorporation, Fusionex did not possess any track record, brand presence or funding. Nevertheless, Ivan persevered, almost exhausting his personal savings to fund the start-up; he knocked on doors and focused on providing business value through Fusionex’s products.

After working as an IT engineer and consultant for years, Bulent decided he wanted to “do his own thing” and became a serial entrepreneur, co-founding five internet start-ups in just four years.
His new entrepreneurial life meant he had to travel often to the US. While there, he wanted the convenience of being able to use a debit card, but he didn’t have a US bank account. That’s when he discovered the prepaid cards that were widely used across the country.
Bulent took the idea back home to Turkey, realizing this form of payment would be extremely useful to those in Turkey who didn’t use banks, providing them with access to financial services that would otherwise be out of reach. Armed only with some plastic sample cards but with a lot of passion, he received capital from angel investors in Turkey and launched ininal in 2012.
Since then, “the bank for the unbanked” as Bulent calls it has enjoyed spectacular growth, becoming the fastest-growing payment platform in the region. The company’s cards are now being sold and topped up at 15,000 locations across Turkey. Customers can use the prepaid card to make purchases online or at any physical shop around the world that accepts MasterCard.

Gossy has been an innovator all his adult life. In 2010, as a university student, he created the Students Circle Network, a social network for students that aggregates educational resources. The project, which prompted Forbes magazine to call him “Nigeria’s budding Mark Zuckerberg,” made Gossy realize that there simply weren’t enough universities to accommodate the huge numbers of young Africans wanting to study further.
So three years ago, Gossy started BAU Research and Development, Nigeria’s first online university. BAU has the capacity to admit more than 60,000 students every year. It has also forged crucial partnerships with the private sector, notably with telecommunications companies, device manufacturers and learning hubs. These partnerships have allowed it to reduce the cost of access for students. In mobile telephony-dominated Africa, easy mobile access to content is crucial for online businesses’ success.
Gossy is looking to expand BAU throughout East and West Africa. He is also building Beni American University, a physical university for those who wish to study on campus.

Marco is an active angel investor in technology companies and board director at Persado, a fast-growing marketing language engineering company, and Workable, a breakthrough recruitment software company. He is a mentor at Endeavor and Openfund and Vice-Chairman of the Hellenic Association of Mobile Application Companies.Marco holds a BA in Politics and International Studies from Warwick University and an MPhil in European Studies from Oxford University.

Mark Weinberger is the Global Chairman & CEO of EY. Prior to his current role, Mark served as the Global Vice Chair – Tax for EY.
Mark served as the Assistant Secretary of the Treasury (Tax Policy) in the George W. Bush Administration. He was also appointed by President Bill Clinton to serve on the Social Security Advisory Board. Mark was co-founder of Washington Counsel, P.C., a DC-based law and legislative advisory firm that merged into EY and now operates as Washington Council EY.
Mark co-chairs the Russian Foreign Investment Advisory Council and plays an active role in World Economic Forum programs, serving as a member of its International Business Council and the Steering Committee of the Global Issue Partnership on International Trade & Investment. Mark also serves as Chair of the Business Roundtable Committee on Tax and Fiscal Policy. Mark is on the Board of Trustees for Emory University and Case Western Reserve University.
He holds a BA from Emory University, an MBA and JD from Case Western University, and an LLM from Georgetown University Law Center.

William started his first company at 13 years old, assembling custom-built computers for friends and family in his hometown of Helsinki, Finland. At 15 years old, he decided to expand his business to the US and founded DealDash. This interactive entertainment and lifestyle retailer and brand promotion platform calls itself “the most exciting way to discover and win brand-named goods.”
Seven years later, DealDash serves more than 5 million highly engaged American shoppers and processes more than 2 million transactions daily. According to Adweek, DealDash was the world’s most talked about brand on Facebook in 2013.
William is the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2013 Finland. In his spare time, he is completing a three-year program at Harvard Business School and expects to graduate next year.
Prof. Dr. Thomas Zellweger, PhD

University of St. Gallen
Thomas holds the Family Business Chair at the University of St. Gallen, where he also directs the school’s Center for Family Business. He was a research fellow at Babson College and a visiting professor at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business.
Thomas’s research has been published in leading academic journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science and Journal of Management Studies, and he has received several international awards. He is a member of three supervisory boards of family firms in Switzerland and advises family firm owners on governance and strategic questions.
