Dr. Yele Aluko is an Executive Director in the EY Performance Improvement Health Advisory Practice. With years of clinical training and experience as a cardiologist, Yele is a physician executive and corporate leader skilled in assisting healthcare systems with their strategic development and growth. He has the ability to implement tactical execution of enabling processes that hold healthcare systems and providers accountable for delivery of consumer value in the industry. Yele’s expertise in enterprise-wide strategy implementation includes physician alignment and accountability to service line vision and standardization of clinical, operational and business processes. He is known for his empathetic and disciplined manner and his equally strong focus on consensus, team building, mentorship and innovation.

Erik Swanson is an Executive Director in the EY Performance Improvement Health Advisory Practice. He has 20+ years of experience concentrated in business strategy formulation, operating model design and mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the healthcare services industry working with providers, payers, and healthcare IT companies.  Erik’s specific functional experience includes healthcare provider supply chain, payer operations, and patient care coordination.  He has served in industry roles in Corporate Development and Strategy as well as a management consultant.

Jeff Greene is a Principal in the EY Transaction Advisory Services practice and the EY Global Transactions Leader for Life Sciences. With more than 25 years of transaction experience, he supports global companies with their due diligence, tax, integration, carve-out and valuation needs in North America, Europe and Asia. He provides strategic valuation advice in mergers and acquisitions, financings and restructurings, and is a recognized expert witness in federal, district, bankruptcy and tax courts on valuation, fairness and solvency matters.

Jeff received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School with a concentration in finance and international business and a B.A. in physics from Dartmouth College.
