He earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University. Evan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois and CFA charter holder.

Areas of expertise include capital allocation decision making and strategic portfolio optimization. She also provides valuation advise in divestments, acquisitions, and joint venture formation/dissolution, helping clients understand key value drivers and the impact of transactions on total shareholder value. Loren graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Chemistry and from the Georgia Institute of Technology with an MBA, concentrating in Finance.

Mike brings over 25 years of experience providing assistance to clients in identifying, understanding, quantifying and managing risk. He has extensive experience helping clients with capital allocation, capital structure and valuation decisions. Prior to joining EY, Mike was a managing director and co-head of an investment bank’s Global Finance Analytics team, where he worked with clients in developing analytical tools relating to valuation, decision making and optimal capital structure. He has advised clients across many industries, helped companies raise over US $200 billion in capital, and helped execute over US $100 billion in M&A transactions. Mike earned a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from the University of Pennsylvania, and has completed select coursework from the Wharton School of Business.
