Andy has been with the firm for 29 years and has advised oil and gas companies on a variety of public and private transactions covering both upstream and downstream operations in more than 30 countries.
Jon Clark is the EY EMEIA Transactions Oil and Gas Leader and a member of Ernst & Young LLP in the UK. He has advised on international acquisitions, divestment, and fundraising. Jon has covered more than 30 countries and has acted for a range of independent and national oil companies.
Jon’s experience also includes working in Calgary, Canada, supporting the development of the international oil and gas corporate finance capability of Ernst & Young LLP, the Canadian EY member firm.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute. Jon also holds the CF professional designation for corporate finance.
Vance L. Scott
Vance Scott is the EY Americas Oil & Gas Leader in Transaction Advisory Services and a member of Ernst & Young LLP, the EY member firm in the US. He also serves as head of the Parthenon- EY Oil & Gas Strategy team globally. Vance has nearly 30 years’ experience and in-depth industry knowledge in energy and related industry segments.
Celine Delacroix is the EY EMEIA Oilfield Services TAS Leader, and a member of Ernst & Young LLP in the UK. Celine has almost 20 years of experience in the Energy sector, with the last 10 years focused solely on the oilfield services sector, advising companies on restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, equity and debt offerings.
