EY Global IFRS Leader (Steering Group Chair)

Leo van der Tas is the EY Global International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Leader based in London. As the chair of EY Global IFRS Policy Committee, he is responsible for the global consistency of EY IFRS policies.

Since 2010, Leo has been a member of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) Corporate Reporting Consultative Group in Paris. From 2009 to 2013, he was a member of the IFRS Advisory Council of the IFRS Foundation in London. He has also been a member of the International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee of the International Accounting Standards Board.

Leo is a part-time financial reporting professor at Tilburg University and has published a series of books and articles on international accounting.

Jeanne Boillet is EY Global Assurance Innovation Leader and a member of the Global Assurance Executive Committee (AEC), and is based in Paris. As an innovation leader, Jeanne is focusing on managing disruption and fostering innovation across the Assurance service line and with clients.

She has 25 years of experience at EY in serving global priority accounts, particularly in the retail and consumer products and media sectors. Jeanne was previously the Region Assurance Deputy Managing Partner for the EY FraMaLux (Algeria, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Morocco and Tunisia) Region, and a member of the EY FraMaLux executive board.

EY Americas FAAS Reporting and Disclosure Leader

Neri Bukspan is a partner of Ernst & Young LLP in the EY Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice based in New York City. He has over 20 years of technical and practical accounting and financial reporting experience as well as risk, operations, credit and regulatory implementation experience.

Neri advises EY clients on addressing the impact of accounting, reporting, corporate disclosures and regulatory changes and assists them in building efficient and effective reporting processes and investor communications. He is also a Global Client Service Partner (GCSP) at EY for two large multinational companies. Previously, Neri was an executive managing director at Standard and Poor’s.

EY Greater China Regional Assurance Managing Partner

Andy Cheung is the EY Regional Assurance Managing Partner in Greater China based in Shanghai, and a GCSP on a number of Fortune 500 companies.

He was the Chief Operating Officer of the EY Audit practice in China, and the Chief Financial Officer of EY Far East Area. In 2007, Andy led the initiative to set up the China Overseas Investment Network (COIN), a platform covering 65 countries within the EY Global network to serve the needs of China outbound investments.

EY Global Public Policy Deputy Vice Chair

Felice Friedman serves as the EY Global Deputy Public Policy Vice Chair and is a partner of Ernst & Young Global Limited based in Washington, DC. Prior to joining EY in 2006, Felice spent three years with the World Bank’s financial sector, specializing in corporate governance and accounting and auditing oversight.

Previously, she worked for nearly a decade at the Office of International Affairs of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including serving as a deputy director and acting director. At the SEC, she supervised and coordinated all of the SEC’s international regulatory and enforcement policy initiatives. Prior to that, Felice practiced law, specializing in corporate and international transactions.

Maryam Hussain is a Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services (FIDS) partner of Ernst & Young LLP, and is based in London. She has personally led investigations into fraud, corruption and regulatory breaches in over 20 countries for more than 15 years, primarily in emerging markets.

Using her practical experience of how fraudsters circumvent systems and controls, she advises on the design of robust anti-fraud and corruption programs. She currently leads the EY government and public sector FIDS team. This team supports EY clients around the world to investigate fraud and corruption and design programs to protect public funds.

Warmolt Prins is an Audit partner of Ernst & Young Nederland LLP and is based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. He is experienced in the chemicals and automotive sectors and has also served listed clients in the technology sector.

Warmolt has served as the EMEIA Markets Leader, Regional Assurance Managing Partner in the EY BeNe (Belgium and the Netherlands) Region, and is a member of the Curatorium of Tilburg University.

Peter Wollmert is the Global and EMEIA Leader for the EY Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice, and is based in Stuttgart, Germany. Prior to this, he was the Regional Assurance Managing Partner for the EY GSA (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) Region.

Peter has vast experience in auditing international companies, as well as providing financial accounting advisory services relating to group accounting, fast close and corporate restructuring. Currently, he is a senior advisor on various DAX 30 (Deutscher Aktienindex) and Mid Cap Dax (MDAX) organizations. He also holds a professorship at the University of Mannheim in Germany.

Don Zimmerman is the EY Global Professional Practice Vice Chair and a member of the Global AEC, and is based in London. Prior to this role, he served as the Assurance Strategic Accounts and Relationship Leader, supporting the Global Assurance service line in addressing market opportunities, strategic pursuit strategies and business development.

Don has worked for EY for more than 35 years in many roles inside and outside of the US, including as the Global Professional Practice Director and Global Capital Markets Director as well as the GCSP for two Fortune 10 organizations.
