  • Economics

    Cost Benefit Analysis

We offer a full range of Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) services and have built on decades of experience supplying CBA expertise to a range of companies and organisations across the island of Ireland. CBA’s provide leaders insight into future earnings and projects that may or may not be undertaken

    Economic Impact Assessment

Economic Impact Assessments focus on various impacts to society, such as tax base and employment, due to some external measure e.g. a new factory being built in a town. We use our market-leading knowledge of Economic Impact Assessments to work with clients to present and articulate the results to a wider audience

    Market Foresight

We are the only Irish member of Euroconstruct, Europe’s main construction, finance and business forecasting network. The team has particular specialisms in housing and policy, with a keen interest in the National Development Plan (NDP) and its implementation.

    Policy Evaluation

Evidence based policy evaluation forms a significant segment of services provided to clients. It forms part of both the CBA and EIA process, where appropriate, and shapes the future of economies. We are dedicated to improving the economies of the island by contributing our economic skills to policy evaluation.

    Economic Development

Economic profiling has become a significant element of regional analysis. Sub-regional analysis, including population projections and SWOT analysis, is provided to clients to help gain a better understanding of investment opportunities. The implementation of the NDP brings with it the requirement for clients to better understand key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in their region.

    Economic Modelling & Scenario Planning

The team has built up years of significant experience in scenario planning. We model and scenario-plan using an all island macro-economic forecast. Brexit planning has quickly become an important service to our clients to understand the potential economic outcomes and consequences.
