How Donato is building a better working world

“I truly believe in the ability of the younger generations and the importance of digital in their future and the future of work.

As President of the 30% Club Italy, I’m an avid promoter of female leadership and gender equality in the working environment.

I also believe in giving back to the community, which is why in 2012 I helped to found Fondazione EY Italia Onlus a not-for-profit organization that supports young people in need, and the Young Talents Orchestra EY a unique example in Italy of a charitable symphonic orchestra made up of young musical talents and entirely supported by local businesses.”
