About the Procurement Excellence Forum

The New Zealand Procurement Excellence Forum was formed in 2014 with the purpose of lifting the capability of the NZ Procurement Profession to achieve better long-term social, commercial and environmental outcomes for NZ Inc.

The Forum brings together like-minded and committed procurement professionals who view the procurement profession as a developing specialisation, and are willing to share their knowledge with each other for the purpose of further enhancing, developing and celebrating the procurement profession in New Zealand.

The members of the Forum meet to discuss, collaborate on and offer direction to a series of Procurement initiatives that the Forum undertakes. Current initiatives are organised around two pillars: Championing Procurement Excellence to deliver successful outcomes for New Zealand; and to foster People and Capability.
