I’ve had over 20 years’ experience in providing a variety of corporate legal and tax advice on complex restructuring and transactions. Before I took the helm of EY Law in New Zealand, I worked for Inland Revenue and other top tier accounting and law firms in Australia and New Zealand.

I’ve practiced for over ten years, and have extensive experience helping my clients in tax advisory and compliance. I focus on the technical and tactical management of tax and tax related enquiries, working with the Inland Revenue and clients on risk reviews and tax audits.

I’m also experienced in Tax Administration issues, Tax Disputes and Litigation (involving individuals and multinationals), and I help my clients to get more certainty in relation to their tax positions which include Commissioner’s Official Opinions, Binding Rulings, tailored Corporate Governance and Risk Management solutions.
