Jean-Yves has extensive experience in large, complex, cross-border transactions, having worked in the UK, across Europe and in the US. In his previous role, Jean-Yves was the Vice Chair of Quality and Risk Management for Americas and a member of the EY Americas Operating Executive.
Jean-Yves is a certified Chartered Accountant. He holds a master’s degree in Business and Finance from Brest Business School.
