Important information/FAQs

Which Programme should I apply to?

Associate Programme is open to penultimate year and final year Undergraduate, Master's and PhD students as well as those who have graduated. This programme is suitable for those wishing to join the firm in September 2020.

Associate Summer Internship Programme is mainly aimed at penultimate year students who are available for 8 weeks through July and August 2020, however if you are a graduate and this timetable suits your plans then please feel free to apply.

The Consultant Programme is open to graduating MBA students and experienced hires who with to join in September 2020.

The Summer Consultant Internship programme is open to final year MBAs who are available for 8 weeks through July and August 2020.

What is the interview process at EY-Parthenon?

At EY-Parthenon, our interview process typically includes two rounds of interviews consisting of the following:

  • First Round Interviews: These interviews consist of two case interviews led by our consultants and are conducted CV blind.
  • Second Round Interviews: If you pass round one, you are invited to the final interview round, which will take place in our offices and will typically include two case interviews, and a CV led interview with one of our Partners.

Offers: After the final round of interviews, the recruiting team reconvenes to extend offers to the most qualified candidates.

Where is the United Kingdom office located?

The United Kingdom office is located in London at 1 More London Place.

Do you sponsor work visas?

For those that successfully receive a fulltime Associate job offer we are able to sponsor work visas if you currently have the right to work in the UK or have a valid student visa. If you do not have one of those, unfortunately we cannot sponsor you.

For those that successfully receive a fulltime Consultant job offer we are able to sponsor work visas.

We unfortunately do not provide visas for either of our Summer internship programmes. Summer interns will need to have right to work in the UK or be studying in the UK at the time of the internship.

What should I do if I am interested in an office other than the London office?

Applications to any of our offices are welcome. If you are interested in another office and not the London office, please apply directly to that office. If you are interested in more than one office, i.e.: London and another, once you are in the application portal, you will be able to select the EY-Parthenon office(s) in which you are interested. Please indicate all those office locations and your preference in your cover letter. We will then forward your application to the offices alongside London that you have selected.

Can I apply to an alternative EY graduate program?

Yes, please apply to the relevant EY-Parthenon programme as per the instructions provided on the EY-Parthenon webpages. You may also apply to an EY programme via their website separately. Please note the recruitment for the two firms is not interlinked therefore you cannot apply for an EY role through the EY-Parthenon portal and vice versa.

If I am looking for a non-consulting role at EY-Parthenon, how should I apply?

All the support roles within EY-Parthenon are provided by the wider EY firm and so you should apply to EY directly. Please see https://www.ey.com/uk/en/careers for details.

How do I apply outside of the EY-Parthenon recruitment cycle?

Our London office has formal Associate recruiting programmes at a number of institutions. If we visit your campus you will be able to select your school name from the drop-down list below, where you will find applications details and important dates specific to your school/institution.

Undergraduate schools

If we do not visit your school campus and you are a student at another institution and wish to apply to our Associate programme, we welcome your application. Please review the FAQ section below, “How do I apply if my university does not have a formal recruiting programme?" for details.

How do I apply if my Undergraduate, Masters, or PhD university does not have an on campus recruiting programme with EY-Parthenon?

Even if EY-Parthenon does not have an on-campus programme with your university, we welcome your application. Undergraduate, Masters or PhD students wishing to apply for the Associate programme or Associate summer internship programme should submit CVs to the online application portal on this page once it opens.

When should I apply?

How will I know if you have received my CV and cover letter?

The last page of the application portal will acknowledge successful submission of your application; you will NOT receive a further confirmation by email. We will review CV’s after the closing date at which point only candidates selected for interview will be contacted.

What should I do if I make a mistake in my application?

Please start the application process again and resubmit all details along with your cover letter and CV. We will always review the most recent version of your application and disregard any incomplete or older submissions

How will I know if I have been selected for an interview?

We will contact all candidates selected for an interview. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we regret that we cannot contact all who apply.

I am no longer an Undergraduate, Masters or PhD student, how should I apply for the Associate programmes?

If you hold an Undergraduate, Masters degree or PhD, and you are no longer a student, and wish to apply for the Associate programme or Associate summer internship programme, you should submit your CV via the online application portal on this page. Those with less than 3 years’ experience in the industry should apply to the Associate programme. If you have more than 3 years’ experience you may wish to apply to the Consultant programme.

I am an MBA student at one of the EY-Parthenon’s core schools in the US. How should I apply?

The London office welcomes applications from International MBA students for our Consultant Programmes and you should apply via the application portal on this page. Please note that we are not able to support visa applications for the Summer Programme.

I am no longer an MBA Student, how should I apply to the Consultant programmes?

If you hold an MBA and are no longer a student and you wish to apply for the full-time or summer consultant programme, you should submit your CV and cover letter via the application portal once applications open.

I do not have an MBA, can I apply to the Consultant programme?

If you have 3-5 years of consulting experience or industry specific experience, we would be happy to consider you as a part of the recruitment process for the Consultant programme. Please submit your cover letter and CV via our application portal before the closing date.

I am unable to commit to 8 weeks over the Summer for an Internship, can I complete this at another time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer internships to those that are not available over the 8 weeks schedule in the Summer. The internship will commence at the start of July and run through to mid-August.

Applications for the Fulltime and Summer Consultant Programme are currently close and will open later in the year. Please check back here for dates which will be released soon.

This year we will be running all of the interviews for both the fulltime and summer programme at the same time, when applying you will be asked to state a preference (if you have one) for the Fulltime or Summer Programme.
