Andrei joined EY as Associate Partner in the Transaction Advisory Services line being responsible for corporate finance advisory in Romania and capital & debt advisory in Central and Southeast Europe. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and a BS degree in Economics and International Business from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
Andrei has 14 years of experience in investment banking in New York where he focused primarily on corporate finance assignments from private equity funds (leveraged buyouts, corporate carve-outs, add-on M&A, permanent and bridge financing). Previously, he was a corporate banker with an international bank in Bucharest.
On a more personal note, Andrei is passionate about sports and travel and dedicates his spare time to his family of four.
