Horiana is an Associate Partner within Strategy and Transactions team of EY in Romania, focused on valuation assignments.
She joined EY in 2006, having more than 15 years of experience in Financial Management areas (business and real estate valuations, business plans, financial modeling, restructuring and privatization studies, feasibility studies).
Horiana assisted clients from various industries, such as: energy, banking, telecommunication, real estate, various other industries (heavy and light industry, etc.)
Service area experience includes valuations (business, real estate, tangible and intangible assets) and modeling for financing/investment/decision making purposes; feasibility studies, strategic options analysis of NPL portfolios owned by various banks, including properties from residential, retail, office, industrial areas.
Horiana also assisted clients from energy, automotive and heavy industry accessing EU funds and state aids, mainly preparing feasibility studies and managing the relationships with authorities. Furthermore she focused on NPL portfolios valuation, valuation of non-financial institutions, valuation of five local banks for financial reporting purposes.
She has a bachelor’s degree in finance, Banks and Accounting from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. Horiana is also a member of ANEVAR (National Association of Valuers in Romania) being specialized in business valuations.
