Iwona is the Deputy Managing Partner in Consulting for the Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) region, and a member of the Executive Team at EY Poland.

Prior to this, she led EY Consulting in the Central, Eastern and South Europe (CESA) region.

Iwona has over 30 years of experience in business and regulatory consulting as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&As). Her knowledge spans the implementation of broad projects in business and regulatory consulting, risk management, and financial reporting.

A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, Iwona has also completed management programs at Harvard Business School and Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She is a statutory auditor and an ACCA program graduate.

How Iwona is building a better working world

Iwona is committed to increasing diversity in leadership. She is a founding member of the Women Leadership in Business Foundation. Established in 2013, the foundation has been created by women who have achieved professional success and today bring together diverse business experiences to achieve common goals such as promotion of entrepreneurship, talent development, and supporting women’s aspirations and professional independence.

The activities of the foundation inspire women to make bold decisions and prepare them, among others, through the largest cross-business mentoring program in Poland. Through her commitment in the foundation, Iwona is realizing her ambition of supporting women in achieving their professional and life goals.

Iwona is actively involved in promoting women in management positions.
