As EY EMEIA Cognitive Solutions leader, Selma helps clients across sectors and around the world in adopting new emerging technologies while reinventing their businesses and becoming more efficient.

She is also an international speaker focusing on client experiences, providing artificial intelligence based use cases.

Selma wrote several thought leadership papers about the impact of AI and automation on the future of skills and organizations. Additionally, she developed a Global program for Women in Emerging Technology in collaboration with Henley Business School.

She earned an executive certificate in business management from Henley and a certificate in Services Business Innovation, IT services from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Selma is helping to build a better working world through her work with emerging technology, while always keeping a focus on supporting the human side of the business. When working with clients, she develops a roadmap so that she can assist in the implementation of the appropriate services for the organization.
