  • We provide multidisciplinary and professional services to more than 5,000 clients.
  • We audit 30% of CIS companies listed on the Forbes Global 2000 (2013).
  • EY served as auditor for the first Russian IPO on NYSE in 1996.
  • Since 1996, EY has acted as auditor on the largest IPO transactions, with a total of US$ 33 billion raised in these offerings or 42% of the capital raised from all CIS transactions during the last 18 years.
  • EY is the leading auditor on the US and UK Stock Exchanges in terms of the volume of IPOs from CIS companies, providing audit services to half of London-listed and 42% of NYSE and Nasdaq-listed companies.

  • We are also a truly international team, as we have professionals from the UK, Canada, Germany, China, Israel, Japan, France, Australia, Switzerland, the US, the Netherlands and other countries working in our CIS offices.
  • We are committed to serving not only our clients, but also the countries in which we operate. One of the examples is our involvement in the Foreign Investment Advisory Councils (FIAC) in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Foreign Investment Council in Kazakhstan.
