We represent private and public companies in a wide range of local and cross-border transactions, including asset acquisitions and disposals, take-overs and reverse take-overs, divestments of assets, businesses, and companies, mergers and de-mergers, privatisations, de-listings, and leveraged buy-outs.

Corporate Restructuring and Reorganisation

We advise clients across a broad spectrum of restructuring exercises, such as schemes of arrangements, capital reductions, redomiciliations, consolidations, management buy-outs, and joint ventures.

Private Equity and Venture Capital

We act for both companies seeking to raise funds and investors in growth and venture capital transactions and private equity transactions.

Commercial Agreements
