Deploying risk scanning analytics to drive risk monitoring for a global manufacturing company
Our client needed a more data driven approach to the identifying and monitoring the riskiest entities in their business. We worked together to define a their principal risks, which ranged from core financial indicators such as operating cash flow and outstanding sales ageing, to equipment quality issue indicators and external metrics such as corruption index and GDP growth. The client now has access to an interactive view of the business on a world map, with each country ranked by risk, and the ability to model future risk by entering weightings and projected values.
