The EY and Henley Women in Emerging Technology Immersion Course
The current wave of digital innovation is disrupting businesses in unprecedented ways, and creating exciting opportunities for female leaders to position themselves at the forefront of these innovations.
EY has a strong focus on demystifying emerging technologies for its clients and, together with Henley Business School, is committed to improving diversity in technology leadership roles.
The EY and Henley Women in Emerging Technology course aims to provide the skills, knowledge and inspiration to help top talent women seize these opportunities and undertake leadership roles in emerging technology. Throughout this course we focus on areas such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), Artifical Intelligence (AI) and cognitive technologies, Blockchain and Data Analytics.
The first cohort of the course was held in December 2018 with over 30 top talent women attending. Across the 4 days, over 40 senior leadership speakers from EY, Henley Business School and EY alliances delivered sessions to demystify emerging technology, provide career and leadership inspiration and help understand how innovation can be used for competitive advantage.
