Enterprises are alive to the opportunities represented by emerging technologies. Improvements to customer experience, better data security and increased workforce productivity are all leading drivers of this new wave of technology investment. However, various issues could also undermine these positive investment profiles, from budget pressures to missing skill sets. Enterprises expect their technology and telecommunications suppliers to help them in new ways, with the very concept of the supplier changing as a result.
