Household attitudes to broadband and quad-play

Our recent survey of 2,500 UK households identifies distinct consumer attitudes towards bundle packages. Rising broadband satisfaction is not translating into increased loyalty, with many households left feeling confused about the packages on offer. Meanwhile, take-up of bundles including mobile is increasing, however a substantial portion still do not see quad-play as a logical purchasing decision.
