Currently studying? Want to learn more about a future career in corporate finance?
We’re looking for women to help us build a better working world.
The EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year competition recognizes talented young women with the potential to have a fulfilling career in EY Transaction Advisory Services (TAS).
EY TAS helps companies drive inclusive growth by focusing on their capital and transaction strategy through to execution. In an environment of unprecedented disruption we support the flow of capital across borders, help bring new products and innovation to market, and enable organizations to reshape themselves for a better future.
To do this, it’s vital that we build diverse and purpose-driven teams. We’re looking for women from varying backgrounds with the right mindset to help EY clients navigate complexity and build a better working world.
If you want the opportunity to be part of something with purpose, make an impact and share your ideas, enter our EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year competition.
The first phase of the competition takes place at a country level. We will challenge your ability to think critically and to come up with creative solutions for complex problems. You will undertake both group and individual challenges, to give you the opportunity to demonstrate how you can contribute to a high-performing team.
Country winners will be flown to London to represent their country at the global final in February 2019. Finalists will work together to solve problems for a real client, culminating in an evening of celebration where we will announce the 2019 EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year.
The global winner will embark on an all-expenses-paid once-in-a-lifetime EY internship. The month-long experience will take them across the globe to work with EY TAS teams in multiple locations as they help clients build a better working world.

Stage 2: US country competition
In the second stage, each school winner will be invited to Florida in December 2018 to compete in the national competition where you will participate in individual and group activities.
