“Today’s compliance landscape is in flux as regulations are added or removed. Our clients require robust and comprehensive compliance programs that adhere to current regulations, but can adapt to comply with future changes,” said Brian Loughman, EY Americas FIDS Leader. “Liban’s views on corporate governance and compliance, as well as his experience handling a variety of anti-corruption, fraud and bribery matters, can help our clients develop programs that can keep up with shifting compliance scenarios. He will be a valued addition to our team as we continue to expand our FIDS practice.”
