Our global organisation
At EY we have one strong global leadership team that sets one single global strategy and agenda.
To ensure we are efficient and effective, we have organized our legal entities into 28 similarly sized business units, called Regions, in terms of both people and revenues. These Regions almost all of which are purposely not single countries, are grouped into four geographic Areas:
- Americas
- Asia-Pacific
- Europe, Middle East, India and Africa
- Japan
This structure is streamlined – it allows us to make decisions quickly, and ensures that we execute our strategy and provide exceptional client service wherever in the world our clients do business.
Our Global Executive
The Global Executive is our highest management body and focuses on strategy, execution and operations. Its membership brings together all the elements of our global organization, including the leaders of our geographic Areas and service lines.
Our Greater China leaders
Through the breadth and depth of their collective experience — professionally and in their communities — the leaders of the EY practices in Greater China reflect the strength of our global network and the diversity of our global culture.
