Women in Transactions – Your Active Female Network

Are you highly ambitious, academically strong and curious to learn more about working with the various fields within M&A in EY? 

Then join EY’s network Women in Transactions and create meaningful relations with ambitious, active and dedicated women who have kick-started their careers in M&A. Instead of hosting traditional networking events where you might not get to really know anyone, we aim to create a genuine bond in the group and get to know each other at an informal level.

What better way to do that than to step out of the everyday rush and into a break of informal chats while trying new sports activities together?

Through six different sports events (such as floorball, paddle tennis or hot yoga), we will build real relations to create a network that actually adds value while having fun. We do not expect you to be super athletic. However, we expect you to be interested in the world of transactions and have an open and positive mindset in terms of trying new things and meeting new people. We offer you a meaningful female network sharing your professional interests, as well as honest insights into what it is like working in a high-paced environment within various departments of Transaction Advisory Services at EY.

Transaction Advisory Services covers all aspects surrounding a transaction – from the initial strategic perspectives of mergers and acquisitions to the financial analysis of a potential target company and everything in between. We have various departments supporting our clients in a deal process within corporate finance, cyber security, business valuation, technology and more.

Application process

If you are interested in M&A, are currently studying your master’s degree within a relevant field (such as finance, strategy or IT) or have a few years of working experience, please send us your résumé, grade transcript and a letter of motivation describing why you are interested in M&A and would like to become a part of Women in Transactions to womenintransactions@dk.ey.com

Please notice that the sports events include dinner and will be held in the evenings on 30 October, 27 November, 29 January, 26 February, 25 March and 28 May.
