Chair – Global Accounts Committee
Jay represents EY’s largest accounts on the Global Executive. He is also Deputy Managing Partner – EMEIA and a member of the EMEIA Executive. Jay has been responsible for delivering EY’s markets agenda in EMEIA since 2009.
Before joining EMEIA, Jay was Americas Vice Chair for Tax, and before that served as the Americas Tax Managing Partner for Area Practices and Client Service. During his time in the Americas, he led the implementation of the Tax practice's market strategy.
Jay has extensive global experience, having led the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Tax practice based in Moscow for four years.
Credentials and community activities
Jay has an Accounting and Finance degree from Minnesota State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota.
