In our Technology Strategy and Transformation team, you’ll assist clients to build IT strategy, architecture and operating models prior to an upcoming transformation while building your career.

 

What is Technology Strategy and Transformation?

Technology Strategy and Transformation assist clients to build IT strategy, architecture and operating models prior to an upcoming transformation. Typically, Technology Strategy and Transformation assist at the beginning of a project, helping to plan, design and architect the strategy behind an upcoming transformation. The Technology Strategy and Transformation team will generally also supervise the delivery of a transformation.

The types of Technology Strategy and Transformation work include:

  • Designing technology and digital strategy
  • Technology roadmaps for mergers and acquisitions/post-merger integration
  • Program and enterprise architecture
  • Cloud and infrastructure modernisation
  • Technology Operations e.g., strategy sourcing/vendor management, IT cost optimisation etc
 
 
 

What could you be doing?

  • Engaging and working together with leading Australian and international clients
  • Gain hands-on experience in delivering projects and programs in post-merger technology integrations, digital transformation strategy and more
  • Help design leading edge transformation programs
  • Assist clients to design successful transformation programs, operating models, and modernisation strategies
  • Contribute to business development and account management activities such as pursuits, proposals and managing key relationships
  • Help improve process efficiency, effectiveness and business performance

Your career journey in Technology Strategy and Transformation

As a graduate, you’ll be part of our 12-month graduate development program that has been developed for graduates in all service lines, and is focused on connection, learning and celebration.

The program will provide you with the opportunity to network with your peers from other service lines and geographies. Running in parallel to your technical learning, you will develop leadership skills to become a successful graduate, and as you grow as a transformative leader.

As a Technology Strategy and Transformation graduate, you’ll take part in:-

As a vacationer, after our company induction, you’ll start developing an understanding of how our Technology Strategy and Transformation teams work and will be ready to work alongside teams on real client projects. You’ll meet other new vacationers from your office.

You'll be well looked after with ongoing learning throughout the Vacationer Program with sessions facilitated by our Learning and Development team, Campus Recruitment team and service line specific training.
