Marcel heads the EY Quantitative Services (QS) practice in the Nordics and EMEIA. He helps businesses to access funding, grants, and incentives for their innovation, sustainability initiatives and capital investments.
Marcel has extensive knowledge of incentives and tax reliefs around the globe. He has been advising clients for more than 15 years, contributing to their sustainable growth.
He joined EY in his native country, the Netherlands, working in the Utrecht and Amsterdam offices. Before moving to the Nordics in 2017, he spent four years working at EY in the United Kingdom.
Marcel holds master’s degrees in Economics, Fiscal Economics and Law from the Universities of Groningen and Amsterdam.
He is currently based in Stockholm, Sweden.
