Prior to founding Bamboocloud in 2013, Ning Dong was the CAO (Chief Administrative Officer) and board member at Skyworth Digital Holdings, one of the top five publicly traded global television manufacturers. Her career at Skyworth spanned 13 years.
Leveraging her prior experience, she embarked on an independent entrepreneurial journey. She led a technical team to conduct thorough research on the core technologies of identity and access management (IAM), successfully challenging the longstanding dominance of foreign vendors in the IAM field. The organization provides middleware software for IAM— a platform that supports the connection between multiple applications. It ensures secure access control and compliance audit of on-premises and cloud resources. Bamboocloud’s IAM suite and IDaaS (Identity as a Service) serve over 500 domestic and international customers. Championing success, she is now setting her sights on Southeast Asia, Europe, Oceania and the Middle East as prospective future markets.
Ning received the China Independent Innovation-Innovative Figure Award and the Youth Leader in the Second Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Strategic Emerging Industries, in 2017 and 2022, respectively. Forbes also acknowledged her prowess by featuring her on the list of China's 20 Potential Women in Business.
Apart from her entrepreneurial success, Ning passionately supports philanthropic endeavors. In 2016, she established the National Women's Association, envisioning it as a platform to empower and inspire women throughout the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Greater Bay area.
