Antonio leads the EY Mergers and Acquisitions teams within the Power & Utilities sector at Ernst & Young Servicios Corporativos, S.L in Spain. He is also a member of the EY Global Renewables team, responsible for Iberia and Latin America.
Based in Madrid, Antonio has extensive experience in M&A, raising capital, project development and financing across energy, telecommunications, technology, and real estate. His recent focus is around supporting clients with transactions in renewable energy, particularly solar and wind assets, in different markets.
Antonio has worked across Europe and Latin America, and uses his global experience to help companies make the most of opportunities in many diverse markets. Prior to joining EY, he worked in investment banking and renewable energy.
Antonio has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering degree from ICAI, a Master of Science in Engineering from École Centrale Paris and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder.
