Jack oversees all EY's business functions in Greater China, managing 34 office locations and over 23,000 people in the region to offer clients professional services that help them navigate this transformative age.
With over 30 years’ experience in financial services, consulting and auditing, Jack’s area of knowledge extends from listing reporting and due diligence, to consulting services for Chinese, Asian and European financial institutions. Jack is also a keen advocate of economic initiatives that promote sustained development in the region.
Jack previously led the EY Greater China financial services teams - providing audit, tax, consulting, and merger and acquisition advisory services with respect to restructuring, inbound foreign investment and Initial Public Offerings.
Jack’s experience also covers markets outside Greater China. He has previously helped establish audit procedures for financial institutions in the United States.
Jack holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
