Prior to joining EY, he established and led a leading Microsoft technology consultancy business for over 22 years, implementing hundreds of client projects.
He is passionate about discovering how digital technology can deliver better outcomes. Working with his team and clients, he has helped with technology transformation projects across a wide range of public and private sector organizations.
Julian has a BSc Honors in Computer Science.

In his role, Julian brings together the best technical talent to create highly effective solutions that drive real change in the world.
He also cares deeply about creating the next generation of technical consultants. He has run a highly successful apprentice and graduate scheme to train new Microsoft delivery experts who have gone on to excel in their consulting careers.
His proudest achievements include transforming the way some of the UK’s largest charities support their fundraising capabilities by equipping them with the tools they need to focus maximum efforts on their charitable goals.
