Indonesia Regulatory Update: Implementation of the KBLI 2025 Adjustment
We are pleased to share our latest regulatory update following the enactment of KBLI 2025 under Central Bureau of Statistics Regulation No. 7 of 2025. In this regard, the Central Bureau of Statistics (“BPS”), in coordination with the Ministry of Law (“MOL”) andthe Ministry of Investment and Downstream Industry/Investment Coordinating Board (“BKPM”), has issued a Joint Circular Letter to implement the required adjustments. These changes necessitate corresponding updates to the online systems of relevant government authorities.
We are pleased to share our latest publication on regulatory update, highlighting the new requirements under Minister of Law Regulation No. 49 of 2025 (“Permenkum 49/2025”) regarding the submission of the Limited Liability Company Annual Report to the Ministry of Law. This regulation also revokes Permenkumham No. 21 of 2021.
