Olav is a Senior Consultant within the Technology Transformation service line in EY Norway. Prior to joining EY, he worked at a fintech firm where he built and led the firm’s financial risk management unit.
Olav has a master’s degree in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School. He is a self-taught Python enthusiast and enjoys using emerging technologies – such as advanced analytics – to help organizations solve complex problems.
How Olav is building a better working world
Olav seeks to understand how humans interact with technology and uses his interest avidly to develop and implement solutions for his clients – always aiming to have a tangible impact. He combines behavioral design thinking, agile methodologies, and emerging technologies in his work. He believes that technology has little worth if it does not have a positive impact on management, employees, end-customers, or society at large. Through a variety of client engagements, ranging from high-level strategic work to technical implementations, Olav has brought new perspectives – and created measurable value.
