Katharina is an EY partner in the Frankfurt office and leads the German Change and Learning team. She is also responsible for the Change Experience community in Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) and works closely with EY alliance partners, Microsoft and SAP.
Katharina accompanies her clients in national and international transformation projects with a focus on digital transformation. This includes the activation of collaborative working methods, assignments in the area of S/4 HANA design and implementation as well as restructuring, cultural change projects or change and learning support under the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (EU-GDPR).
Prior to joining EY, Katharina was active in cultural management, research and teaching as well as business journalism.
She holds various awards for innovative learning formats. In 2019, Katharina and her team were chosen among the best advisors in Germany in the field of Change Management and Transformation.
