Lee Ann is the EY Americas Banking and Capital Markets Assurance Leader, with 26 years’ experience in a broad range of areas impacting banking clients.
She has an extensive background providing audit and consulting services to clients in the banking and securities sectors, including commercial and retail banks, broker-dealers, investment banks, and private equity and hedge funds. Lee Ann also has considerable experience working with clients on financial reporting and accounting matters, as well as many other client-focused activities, such as consulting on significant or sensitive accounting, SEC, auditing and financial reporting matters.
Lee Ann earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in 1994 and is a practicing CPA.
