Robyn draws on a background of management consulting, executive coaching and board advisory work to support board members and executive teams on a variety of corporate governance and strategy issues. 

Previously, with the National Association of Corporate Directors, Robyn led the organization’s Advisory Councils, authored its flagship Blue Ribbon Commission reports and was a faculty member for director education programs.

Robyn held senior roles at several global professional services firms and has served as a featured speaker and writer on governance topics. She is on the Methodology Advisory Committee for Ethisphere’s World’s Most Ethical Companies and served on the JUST Capital Research Advisory Council.

Robyn holds an MS from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

A New England native, Robyn and her husband live in Los Angeles, where they enjoy sailing in the South Bay and exploring Greater LA’s restaurant scene.

Robyn is passionate about advancing continuous improvement in boardrooms to help drive companies’ sustainable, inclusive growth. She works with clients on in-boardroom education and convenes and leads board member networks and roundtable dialogues for peer groups that range from aspiring “next-generation” directors to Fortune 500 committee chairs.
