As the EY Americas Financial Services Strategy and Transactions Managing Partner in the Financial Services Organization, Sid leads the organization’s thinking on matters related to financial services strategy, M&A, transformation and innovation.
He and his teams work with institutions on creating long-term stakeholder value by developing sustainable strategies and delivering outcome through both organic and inorganic means.
Sid has been recognized as an authority in corporate strategy and M&A, and he was recently named winner of The M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leaders Award (40 under 40) in recognition of his notable contribution to the industry. He is a frequent speaker and has authored and contributed his thinking to many financial publications.
Sid earned a BS in Computer Science from Punjabi University in India and an MBA from Stanford University.
