Wickus’ years of experience and complete dedication to the profession have made him a trusted partner with EY for the past 13 years. He has over 20 years of experience in serving clients within the mining sector, and particularly within large dual-listed and multinational companies.
Wickus is also accredited and experienced in serving JSE listed, TSX listed and SEC registered companies. He has worked with companies across the spectrum of growth and development lifecycles, ranging from entrepreneurial and family owned businesses, to mature multi-listed and multinational companies. Through this, he has been able to assist companies with various other corporate activities such as M&A, IPOs, debt and equity raisings, due diligence and the reporting accountant work required by the various securities exchanges.
