HfS Research names EY a “high performer” in artificial intelligence services

EY has been recognized by HfS Research as a “high performer” among consulting organizations in providing artificial intelligence (AI) services for enterprises in HfS Blueprint Report: Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Services 2018.

EY has been recognized by HfS Research as a “high performer” among consulting organizations in providing artificial intelligence (AI) services for enterprises in HfS Blueprint Report: Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Services 2018.

In the report, EY was also recognized for excelling in re-imagining and transforming processes as part of the AI journey, as well as building on robotic process automation (RPA) deployments as part of broader digital initiatives, based on feedback from EY clients. This high rating was awarded as EY leverages a wide set of cognitive tools for parsing and machine learning, and implements a broader set of services including virtual agents and chatbots.
