Andrew has more than 25 years of experience in the profession across numerous countries in Asia-Pacific. He began his career in Australia in business advisory and moved to Singapore in 2002 followed by Hong Kong. He later relocated to China in late 2007 to establish the Corporate Restructuring team.

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant in Australia and a CPA in Hong Kong. He is a qualified insolvency and restructuring practitioner with the Hong Kong Official Receivership Office and takes up court appointments in both mainland China and Hong Kong.

In 2008, Andrew administrated the first Chapter 11 restructuring under the Chinese Enterprise Bankruptcy Law and successfully turnaround a case, which has been selected as one of the top 10 major bankruptcy cases in China.

He has also represented Chinese stakeholders with financial difficulties to restore their overseas investments. These projects included judications in Australia, Malaysia, Italy, Brazil and US.  

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Melbourne.

"I am extremely passionate about and actively involved in our diversity and inclusiveness program and serve as a regular coach at internal training. Since I was a teenager, I have always been active within the community, taken up key roles in community broadcasting, the Lions Club and the Rotary Club. I am also a regular speaker of INSOL China and International and various insolvency professional bodies in China."
