Ben has over 25 years of management consulting and transaction advisory experience in Asia. He is experienced in digital strategy and transformation, corporate venturing, carve-out, and integration.
He has led over 100 large-scale M&A transactions. His experience includes digital strategy and transaction advisory for multinational corporations, stated-owned enterprises, large conglomerates, unicorns and high-growth start-ups. He has been advising global leading internet and technology companies in deals. He also assists traditional enterprises to invest into emerging digital economies and operation models.
Prior to joining EY, Ben was the General Manager of an investment holding company focusing on technology and e-commerce deals in China. He served on boards of the portfolio companies and provided them strategic directions. He was also the co-founder and senior management of a listed internet company.
