Cathy is the EY Greater China EY-Parthenon Valuation, Modeling and Economics Leader. She is one of the valuation experts of the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), Board standing member of the Shanghai Appraisal Society and one of the valuation review experts of the securities business.
With over 20 years of experience in transaction and valuation advisory services in Asia, Cathy excels as the competency leader of valuation, modelling and economics in Greater China.
She has advised on more than 100 cross-border M&A transactions involving multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises and privately-owned businesses, facilitating joint ventures and investments in overseas markets. Her deep understanding of valuation practices across different markets equips her to support clients in executing deals efficiently and smoothly. She also assists clients in conducting feasibility study for large-scale greenfield investments.
Cathy holds a bachelor’s degree in International Finance and Accounting from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE).
