Frank is the EY Greater China EY-Parthenon Transaction Diligence Leader. With over two decades of professional experience in the financial, accounting and investment sectors, he boasts a strong track record advising multinational corporations and private equity firms on acquisitions and investments in China. Frank offers professional financial advice on due diligence, stock purchase agreements (SPA) and exit strategies. Additionally, he provides integrated advisory services to Chinese companies engaging in cross-border acquisitions and investments globally.
His extensive industry experience encompasses various sectors, including consumer products, industrial products, life sciences, retail, education, chemicals and TMT.
Prior to his role at EY, Frank served as the Investment Finance Head at one of the world’s largest fintech groups, overseeing domestic and international investments in payments, e-wallets, blockchain, AI, lending and credit.
Frank holds a Finance MBA degree from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and a bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
